GUIDELINES

General goals for my area, are taken from previuse goals for all area, but there area some special guidelines that I will use in my designing process:
-to preerve maximum of existing greenery,
-create inside green connections (connections for nature, especialy with natural lake)
-to use created ferry connection, to serve habitats, by creating more ferry stops
-to create recreation paths , and tracks connected with existing recreation track
-to create clear waterfron with new center strongly connect with water
-to preserve existing farm structures ,outsideof the centre, with possibility to use them for services
-to create diverse neighbourhoods with their own identity, according to concept of lifestyles
-car parking free streets reduction
-centre whith it's own identity different from existing in Beers
-use of guidelines for sustainable design
Program
all area : 340 ha
number of residents : about 25 000
-Center with daily services, recreation center, school, community centre
-Services for recreation alog recreation track
-About 5 nursery and primary schools spreaded on the area
-Slipping base for tourists
-Residential areas
