CENTRAL PUBLIC SPACE - SECTION


CENTRAL AREA HAS TWO FRONTS - ONE FROM THE VILLAGE'S CENTRAL SPACE (ALSO ENTRANCE TO THE AREA) AND FROM THE LAKE SIDE. CENTRAL PUBLIC SQUARE LIES ON THE WATER EDGE, CONNECTED BY WIDE OPENING TO THE ENTRANCE SIDE. BUILDINGS ALONG THE PROMENADE ARE GROUPED IN 3, COVERED WITHONE BIG REED ROOF. THEY HAVE OPEN OR CLOSED COURDS WITH SERVICES ON THE GROUND FLOOR. FRAME-BUILDING BETWEEN THE ROAD AND THE LAKE IS SHAPED LIKE A FRAME, OPEN IN THE MIDDLE WITH VIEW ON THE BEACH AND LAKE. IT CONSIST OF TWO BUILDINGS CONNECTED BY TWO TERRACES UNDER ONE REED ROOF. COMING FROM THE WATERSIDE (ON THE BOAT OR FROM RECREATION TRACKS) WE SEE SKYLINE OF SIMILAR ROOFS, WITH A DOMINANT - WINDMILL, ON THE CENTRAL SQUARE.
